An optimized model of the administration schedule of tonabersat is important for the implementation of this adjuvant treatment in the clinic. This model serves as a first step towards translating the standard medical treatment supplemented with tonabersat into practice for patients with glioblastoma (GB). The aim of this preclinical study is to improve the public health and the quality of life of patients with GB, leading to prolonged survival. For the medical sector, this represents another step forward to better treat patients with GB.
